Bloom is a guided 12 week journey designed to support women to restore their energy, bring greater balance to their hormones, and rebuild a steady, supportive relationship with food.
Through the integration of clinical nutrition, the psychology of eating, and embodied living, you’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system, balance your hormones, and honour the cycles that move through you.
This program is not about restriction or rigid rules. It is about returning to the foundations that allow the body to function well through consistent nourishment, balanced energy, digestive support and a deeper understanding of how stress and lifestyle patterns influence the way we feel.

Many women arrive here because something in their body feels slightly out of rhythm.
You may feel tired more often than you would like.
Your energy may rise and fall throughout the day.

The final phase brings these insights into everyday life, helping you build a sustainable and supportive way of nourishing yourself long after the program finishes.
Each stage builds gradually on the last, allowing meaningful and lasting shifts to take place.

🌿 WEEKLY LIVE GROUP SESSIONS
Each week we gather for a live session that combines teaching, discussion and coaching. These sessions provide both the clinical understanding and the practical guidance needed to support real change. They also allow space for questions, shared experiences and deeper exploration.
🌿 A COMPREHENSIVE PRE-PROGRAM INTAKE CONSULTATION
Before the program begins, each participant completes a detailed intake process and attends a private consultation. This allows me to understand your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle patterns and goals so that the guidance you receive during the program can be shaped around your individual needs. This includes interpreting pathology results and suggesting therapeutic grade supplements where required.
🌿 CLINICAL REVIEW SESSIONS DURING THE PROGRAM
Two individual review consultations are included during the twelve weeks. These sessions allow us to assess your progress, explore any challenges and refine your nourishment strategy so it continues to support your body as changes unfold.
🌿 PERSONALISED NOURISHMENT GUIDANCEÂ
Rather than rigid meal plans, Bloom focuses on helping you understand how to nourish your body in a way that feels both supportive and sustainable. Based on your intake and reviews, you will receive guidance tailored to your needs, symptoms and lifestyle.Â
🌿 ACCESS TO THE BLOOM MEMBER LEARNING PORTAL
All educational material and session recordings are available within the Bloom portal, allowing you to revisit the teachings and resources at your own pace throughout the program.
🌿 PRACTICAL NOURISHMENT RESOURCESÂ
Participants receive supportive tools including recipe inspiration, meal guidance and practical frameworks designed to make everyday nourishment feel simple and achievable.
🌿 A SMALL AND SUPPORTIVE GROUPÂ
Bloom is intentionally limited to a small number of participants so that the space feels calm, personal and supportive. Many women find that sharing the journey with others creates a sense of connection and encouragement. We were never meant to live and grow in isolation. Something magical happens when women gather.
🌿 A WRITTEN INTEGRATION SUMMARY OF COMPLETIONÂ
At the end of the program, each participant receives a written summary outlining the key insights, nourishment strategies and practices that emerged during their Bloom journey. This serves as a guide to support continued wellbeing beyond the twelve weeks.
Optional deeper investigations
For women who wish to explore their health in greater depth, optional clinical investigations are available.
Comprehensive stool microbiome analysis and consultation — $800
Bloom participants may also choose to attend the Bloom Immersion Retreat in Perth, an in-person experience designed to deepen integration and connection.

Bloom is a 12 week guided nourishment experience designed to support meaningful and lasting change in how you understand and care for your body.
Because this work is most powerful within a small and supportive environment, each cohort is intentionally limited to 10–12 women.

This includes all weekly live sessions, your personalised intake consultation, clinical review sessions, program resources and ongoing guidance throughout the 3 month journey.
Optional clinical add-ons such as microbiome testing and the Bloom immersion retreat are available for participants who wish to explore their health more deeply.
Rather than offering quick fixes or rigid plans, Bloom focuses on helping you build a steady and sustainable foundation for your health through knowledge, nourishment and rhythms that continue to support you well beyond the program itself.
Because the group is intentionally small, applications are required prior to enrolment to ensure Bloom is the right fit for both you and the women joining the container.
