Her background in education underpins her ability to simplify complex health information into clear, actionable steps that feel supportive, not overwhelming.
As the founder of a multi-award-winning catering company, Beth has spent over a decade working across retreats, festivals, and private events both in Australia and internationally. Her philosophy of “food as medicine” has been applied at scale, creating deeply nourishing experiences that not only support the body physiologically, but shift how individuals understand and relate to their health. Her work has become known for the tangible way clients feel with reports of improved energy, stable digestion, reduced bloating, clearer skin, balanced moods and a renewed sense of vitality, often within days.
Beth specialises in women’s health, with a focus on identifying root-cause imbalances and restoring the body through targeted nutrition, functional testing, and personalised protocols. Bloom is a 12-week, clinically informed nourishment program designed to help women restore steady energy, support hormonal balance, and rebuild a confident relationship with food.
Grounded in clinical nutrition and nervous system science, Bloom focuses on the foundational drivers of many common health concerns such as blood sugar regulation, digestive function, stress physiology, and consistent nourishment. Rather than restrictive protocols or short term fixes, the program supports women to understand their body’s signals and implement sustainable nutritional strategies that promote long term wellbeing.
Through a structured combination of education, coaching, and personalised nourishment guidance, participants are supported to stabilise energy levels, improve digestion, and better understand how stress and hormonal patterns influence their health.
Bloom offers a calm and supportive space to step away from confusion and begin working with your physiology rather than against it. My intention is to help you feel steady, nourished and confident in your body again, with practical tools and understanding that support your health long after the program is complete.
