A half-day retreat for women
Nourished
Rest. Replenish. Receive.
A morning with Beth Katherine and Jarna Saunders
Babe, what if the thing you have been craving isn't more information?
What if it's simply space?
Space to breathe. Space to be supported. Space to reconnect with yourself.
Because let's be honest. You already know what you need. You know you are exhausted. You know you are putting yourself last. You know something needs to change.
Yet life keeps moving. The demands keep coming. The weeks become months, and the months become years. And before you know it, you have become so disconnected from the very person you are trying so hard to care for. Yourself.
Nourished is an invitation to pause. To step away from the noise, the expectations and the endless responsibilities for a few hours, and ask yourself an important question.
The question underneath it all
If I took full responsibility for how my life looks and feels, what would need to change?
Not from shame. Not from self-judgement. Not because you are broken. But because you deserve to experience a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside. Together we'll explore what nourishment truly means to you, and what gets to change.
Because nourishment is more than food
And babe, it is not only about the food on your plate. It is so much more.
Through honest conversations, reflection, connection and a shared meal, we'll create a space where women can reconnect with themselves and remember that their wellbeing matters too.
It's how you live. It's how you care for yourself. It's the joy you allow.
A feel for the day
The shape of the morning
A gentle unfolding. Come as you are, and let the morning hold you.
Welcome tea
A cup of tea, a moment to settle, and a seat beside someone new. Nothing is asked of you yet.
Grounding and our stories
We set the tone. Everything here is valid. Nothing is too much. Beth and Jarna share the paths that brought them here.
Playing the fool
A freeing little practice with Jarna. Sound, silliness, softening the body, and the quiet permission to be seen.
Writing and permission
What you are ready to release, and three promises to yourself. Permission is the thing that creates the change.
A quiet ritual
What you are releasing goes to the fire. Your promise is made, and witnessed by the women around you.
Nourish
A pot of nourishing soup, tea, and time on the land. Wander, rest, gather. The food is the integration.
Closing circle
One word, one intention to carry out into the world. And a rose to take home, an anchor for the promises you made.
The place
Cocoon
Nourished is held in the rolling valleys of Roleystone, on a majestic 10-acre property and retreat centre called Cocoon. This place is something special, in the way it really pours back into you. Its warmth and heart stay with you in the most nourishing of ways. It is a permission slip to dream big again.
