Cocoon rests on ten acres of forest in Roleystone, backing onto endless national park, with a river winding around the boundary. It is named with intention, a place of stillness, of gestation, of becoming.
This is a space that already knows how to hold the people who come to it. A place to walk the land, sit beside the water, and imagine what you might guide home here.
The Spaces
Room to gather, rest & hold space
Each space can flex to your retreat, a studio, a treatment room, a place to sleep.
The Main Residence
A five-bedroom home with room for up to sixteen guests, a kitchen ready to nourish them, and space to gather, with air conditioning and heating throughout.
The Yoga Studio
A dedicated enclosed studio overlooking the treetops, with room for twenty mats. Opening September 2026.
The Pool & Grounds
A resort-style swimming pool, a fire pit, and forest immersion with sweeping views across the land.
The Facilitator Cottage
A private one-bedroom cottage with its own kitchen, laundry, lounge, verandah and entrance, for retreat leaders and VIP guests. Opening 2027.
The Lotus Belle
A soft tent that adds another four singles or a queen, tucked among the trees for extra guests.
The Orchard & River
An orchard with fruit trees, vegetables and herbs, chickens for fresh eggs, and the river with walking trails through the forest.
Introductory Rates
Hire & retreats
Exclusive-use of the sanctuary, with no extra fees for set-up or pack-down time.
Yoga Studio Hire
Available from September 2026.
Day Retreats & Workshops
Use of yoga studio, pool, grounds and common areas.
Overnight Retreats
Exclusive use of the residence, studio, pool, fire pit, grounds, river and forest trails. Arrive from 12pm, vacate by 12pm.
Lotus Belle Tent
An extra four single beds, or one queen.

How to get here
Head straight down the Kwinana Freeway to the Armadale Road exit. Turn right and follow Armadale Road up to Albany Highway, then turn left. Take the next right onto Brookton Highway and follow it until you reach Soldiers Road, then turn right down Soldiers Road.
