The invitation
There is a particular kind of tired that sleep does not fix.
You know the one. It sits underneath everything. You carry it through the morning rush and the inbox and the dinner that still needs making, and somewhere along the way you stopped resting through it and started working around it.
That tiredness is rarely about willpower. It is usually a nervous system that has been running at a pace it was never built to hold, and a body that has not been properly fed in a long while.
Replenish is three nights of putting both of those things right. Ten acres of jarrah forest in the Perth hills, a kitchen we cook in together, food that actually nourishes her, and days built to settle a system that has been switched on for too long.
You will not be doing it alone. I am there the whole time, and so are the other women, and there is a great deal of comfort in that.
Peace, nourishment, and room to breathe.

This is a rhythm, not a timetable. Every part of it is an invitation, and there is space in every day to step out of it and sit under a tree instead. The whole shape of the four days is designed to bring her nervous system down slowly, so nothing here will ever feel like something to keep up with.
What fills the days
Nothing you have to be good at
Room to breathe
Mornings that begin gently, and afternoons with space left in them on purpose. Tea is always on. Nobody is waiting on you for anything, and there is no part of the day you have to perform.
Yoga and breath
Slow, grounded and accessible. You do not need to have done it before, and you do not need to be flexible. It is here to settle her nervous system, not to test her.
Settling her nervous system
A workshop with me on what is actually happening in a body that has been running on stress for years. Why she cannot switch off, why sleep stopped working, and the small daily things that genuinely recalibrate it. Clinical, plain, and immediately useful.
Food that steadies her
The second workshop. Blood sugar, energy, hormones and the foundations underneath all of it. Not a diet and not a plan to follow. Just a clear understanding of what her body has been asking for.
Cooking together
We cook right through the retreat, side by side at the bench. Whole food, seasonal, made with your hands. You will learn things you can put straight on your own table at home.
The long table
Every meal is eaten together, sitting down, without anybody standing up at the bench. Some of the best of this retreat happens at that table, long after the plates are empty.
Walking the forest
Cocoon backs onto jarrah forest, and we walk it properly. Long enough to feel it in your legs, gentle enough that nobody gets left behind. There is a shorter loop for the days you want one.
The sauna
Available to you the whole weekend, morning or evening, on your own or with company. Heat is one of the kindest things you can offer a tired body, and there is no booking sheet.
Sound healing
After dinner, in the dark, under blankets. Lie down and let the sound do the work. This is the part women tell me they did not expect and did not want to end.
Me, on hand
I am there for all three nights, not just for the workshops. Ask me the question you have been meaning to ask someone. Bring it to the kitchen bench or the forest walk. That is what I am there for.
The place
Cocoon
Cocoon is ten acres in Roleystone, about forty minutes from Perth. It is my land, and it is where I go when I need to come back to myself.
There is a river at the bottom of the property and a bridge across it. An orchard. A pool. A studio that opens onto the trees. A big warm kitchen with a table long enough for all of us, which is where most of the good conversations end up happening.
The birds are loud in the morning. The light through the jarrah in the late afternoon is worth staying awake for.

Is this for me
Replenish is for you if
- You are tired in a way that a weekend on the couch has not touched
- You feed everyone else and eat standing up at the bench
- You cannot seem to switch off, even when there is finally nothing to do
- You would like to understand what is actually going on in your body
- You would like to be somewhere your phone cannot find you
- You are moving through a season that has asked a lot of you
- You want to be looked after for a few days without having to explain why
You do not need to be fit, or flexible, or a yoga person, or anyone's idea of well. You do not need to arrive with anything sorted out. Coming as you are is the whole point.
Your host
Hello, I am Beth Katherine
I am a clinical nutritionist, a mother of four, and the woman who bought ten acres in the hills because she needed somewhere to breathe.
I came to this work through my own long recovery from chronic fatigue, which taught me more than any textbook did about how much a body needs rest, real food, and the permission to slow down. I have spent years now cooking for women at retreats and festivals, and sitting with them in clinic while they tell me how tired they are.
Replenish is the retreat I keep wishing I could send them to. So I built it here, on my own land.

Before you book
The practical bits
Can I come on my own?
I have never done yoga. Is that a problem?
What if I have dietary requirements?
Do I really have to hand over my phone?
How do I get to Cocoon?
Are the workshops going to be heavy going?
How does the booking fee work?
What happens if I need to cancel?
Beyond that, refunds on the balance work like this:
Cancelling before Sunday 23 August 2026 (60 days out). Any balance you have paid is refunded in full.
Between 23 August and Tuesday 22 September 2026 (30 to 60 days out). Half of the balance is refunded.
After Tuesday 22 September 2026 (inside 30 days). The balance is not refundable, because the food, the beds and the practitioners are all locked in by then.
At any point, you are welcome to transfer your place to another woman. Just let me know her name and email at least seven days before we begin, and there is no charge for it.
If I have to cancel the retreat for any reason, you receive everything you have paid back in full, booking fee included.
Life happens, and I would always rather you talked to me than quietly forfeited your place. If something serious comes up, reach out.
Thursday 22 to Sunday 25 October 2026
